Agent Schedule
Configure when your AI agent is available, set up weekly schedules, and define offline behavior.
The Agent Schedule page lets you control when your AI agent is active and how it behaves outside business hours.
Agent Mode
Choose one of three availability modes:
- Always On — your AI agent is available 24/7, no schedule restrictions
- Scheduled — the agent is available only during your defined hours
- Always Off — the agent is completely offline (useful during maintenance)
When using Scheduled mode, select your Timezone to ensure hours are correctly applied.
Weekly Schedule
When in Scheduled mode, a 7-day grid lets you define availability for each day:
- Click a day to add a time slot (e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Click an existing bar to edit that slot
- Use Quick Actions for efficiency:
- All Days — apply the same hours to every day
- Copy from Yesterday — duplicate the previous day's schedule
- Clear All — remove all time slots
A status bar at the top shows current state (e.g., "Online now until 6:00 PM").
When Offline
Choose what happens when the agent is outside scheduled hours:
Auto-Reply
The agent sends a custom message when a visitor starts a conversation. Example:
"Thanks for your message! Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm. We'll respond as soon as we're back."
Stay Silent
No response is sent — the chat widget remains visible but the agent doesn't reply.
Saving Changes
If auto-reply mode is selected, the reply message is required before saving. Click Save to apply your schedule.
