1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ares platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Ares provides an AI agent platform that enables businesses to deploy AI-powered sales agents, manage customer conversations across multiple channels, handle support tickets, and analyze performance metrics. The Service includes a web dashboard, chat widget, and API integrations.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content through the AI agent
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
- Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
- Use the Service to collect personal data without proper consent
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Subscription and Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Overdue payments may result in service suspension
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (product catalogs, knowledge base documents, brand assets). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
7. AI Agent Conduct
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for:
- Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of your AI agent's knowledge base
- Setting appropriate handoff rules for complex or sensitive queries
- Monitoring conversation quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in your industry
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (hosting providers, messaging platforms).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request a data export before termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
