Omnichannel Overview

Understand Ares's omnichannel messaging architecture and supported channels.

Ares supports multiple messaging channels so your AI agent can reach customers wherever they are. The Omnichannel page (owner-only) lets you connect, configure, and monitor channel integrations.

Supported Channels

Channel Health

The Omnichannel page shows a health status bar at the top with indicators for each connected channel:

  • Green — connected and active
  • Yellow — connected but inactive
  • Gray — not connected

Managing Channels

Each connected channel shows a card with:

  • Channel name and icon
  • Connection mode badge (Quick Connect or Advanced)
  • Status badge (Active/Inactive)
  • Phone number or business name
  • Actions: Configure, Activate/Deactivate, Disconnect
